Panchkula: Senior member of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) Shri Mukesh Garg has been assigned the responsibility of officiating as the Chairperson of the State electricity regulator, ensuring continuity in the functioning of the Commission and ongoing regulatory proceedings concerning Haryana’s power sector.
